Where is the cabin and how do I get there?
Country House is in Almaty, Medeu district, Stroitel 69 — at 1,500 m next to Ile-Alatau National Park, with the trail to the Kok-Zhailyau plateau starting a three-minute walk from the door. The easiest way is a Yandex Go taxi to Almalykskaya Street, where the hosts meet guests and help with luggage. There is one free parking spot and another a two-minute walk away. The drive from central Almaty takes about 25–35 minutes.
How many guests can the cabin host?
Country House accommodates up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and up to 3 children. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00 — timing is flexible and can be arranged in advance.
What's included: sauna, pool, kitchen?
Your stay includes a real sauna with an oak broom and individual steaming kits, a summer pool, a fire pit with BBQ, grill and firewood, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating and panoramic mountain-view windows. You don't need to bring anything extra. The sauna is available year-round; the pool runs in the warm season.
How much does it cost to book?
The whole house is rented as one: 130,000 ₸ per night on weekdays (Sunday–Thursday) and 150,000 ₸ on Friday and Saturday. From three nights — 120,000 ₸ per night, weekends included. Over New Year, 29 December – 3 January, 250,000 ₸ for every night. The minimum stay is two nights and the price is for the whole house, not per person. Are children and pets allowed?
Children — yes, the cabin is family-friendly and hosts 2 adults and up to 3 children. Pets — no, accommodation with animals is not available. Smoking inside the cabin is prohibited. There is no cot or high chair in the cabin — bring your own if you need them.
When are the pool and sauna available?
The sauna is available year-round — one of the main reasons to come even in winter. The summer pool runs in the warm season. The fire pit with BBQ is open all year.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Timing is flexible — if you need to arrive earlier or leave later, let us know in advance and we'll do our best to arrange it at no extra charge when possible.
What is the water temperature in the pool?
The cabin sits in the mountains at about 1,500 m, where nights are cool even in summer, so the pool water is usually no warmer than 22 °C — refreshing on a hot day. The pool runs in the warm season; for exact temperature and dates it's best to ask in advance via WhatsApp.
How do I pay — is a deposit required?
For direct bookings (not via Booking or Airbnb) we ask for a 50% deposit by invoice, with the balance paid on arrival in person — cash or transfer. Booking directly comes with no platform fees.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Rescheduling is free when dates are available (if the new dates cost more, the difference is paid). Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the arrival date.
Do I need to bring towels, dishes or linen?
You don't need to bring anything extra. The cabin has bed linen, bath towels and robes, slippers, shower toiletries, dishes and everything for the kitchen. The fire pit area has a BBQ, grill, firewood and charcoal. Just bring your personal belongings.
How many beds are there?
Four beds plus one extra — up to five people sleep here when it's 2 adults and 3 children. The cabin has two floors, and the bedroom has a panoramic stained-glass window facing the mountains. We don't host more than four adults.
Is the sauna included in the price?
Yes, the wood-fired banya is included in the price of the cabin — there is no extra charge. Firewood, an oak broom and individual steam sets are already there. The banya is available all year round.
