Getting here and what to pack in winter

The drive from central Almaty takes 25–35 minutes by Yandex Go taxi — we meet guests and help with luggage. The house has underfloor heating and everything for winter comfort, so all you need is warm clothing for walks, sturdy shoes and a good mood. The sauna gear — broom and steaming sets — is already here. Dates for the winter season and the New Year holidays are best booked well in advance.
